Application Instructions
Eighth Graders: Please download the application and neatly fill in the requested information.
Attach copies of report cards for 6th, 7th and 8th Grades and most recent state standardized test scores OR request that transcripts be sent or faxed from your current school to Admissions, St. Anthony High School. Our fax number is 201-653-8120. Our mailing address is 175 Eighth St., Jersey City, NJ 07302.
Plan to take the Archdiocesan CO-OP exam, which will be given Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. See www.coopexam.org for more information.
Transfer students: Fax or send transcripts of all high school grades and standardized test scores.
