The Brian C. Doherty Scholarship Fund

Brian Doherty had a passion for basketball and commitment to help inner-city youths that was expressed daily in his support of many Saint Anthony High School programs. Though he passed away suddenly on August 23, 2001, his wife, Rosemary McFadden, created a scholarship fund that will carry on his spirit, generosity and legacy.

The Robbie Zampieri Scholarship Fund

Robbie Zampieri, a Jersey City resident, was an intelligent and fun-loving young man who gave generously to those in need. Working as a commodities trader on the 92nd floor of the World Trade Center, Robbie perished during the tragic events of September 11th. He loved the beach, his dog and especially his friends and family. Though taken from this world too soon, the sadness of that day will never succumb to the overwhelming affection still felt for him. To honor their son, the Zampieri family created a scholarship endowment in his name for the benefit of Saint Anthony High School students.

The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children

They are the only organization in this area that provides such assistance. The Fund also administers five other programs that provide scholarships to all private schools.
